I have been a Domestic Litigator for close to a decade practicing almost exclusively in the field of Family Law.. I have represented hundreds of clients in a variety of simple to extremely complex Divorce, Child Custody, Relocation, Guardianship, Termination/Adoption, Child Support, and related litigation matters. I have succesfully taken dozens of cases to trial and succesfully appealed numerous cases to the Supreme Court and Court of Appeals. I have also drafted and negotiated numerous prenuptial agreements and stipulated Divorce and/or Child Custody agreements.. My approach to representation is to craft a specific plan tailored to my client's desired outcome and to achieve that outcome as economically as possible - whether my client is of modest means or has an 8 figure net worth..
