Robert Goldwater is the Founder, President, and Managing Partner of the Goldwater Law Firm.  Mr. Goldwater graduated with Honors from Arizona State University Law School in 1992, where he was a Pedrick Scholar and winner of the law school’s Canby Moot Court Competition.  He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, Arizona's Finest Lawyers, American Association of Justice, American Trial Lawyers Association, AAJ Birth Trauma Litigation Group, AAJ Nursing Home Litigation Group, and several other organizations.  Mr. Goldwater focuses his practice exclusively on personal injury and wrongful death cases, and he has helped recover in excess of $250 Million for his clients.
