As Founder of Keith Williams Law Group, I dedicate my practice to helping everyday people and their families in accident, injury and wrongful death cases.  I am certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. I am honored to be a frequent lecturer at legal seminars and webinars to attorneys in Tennessee and across the country.. I am actively involved in a number of legal organizations that work to maximize the rights of injured people.  Nationally, I am an Chair-Elect of the AAJ Aviation Section as well as a member of the Public Justice Foundation.  Locally, I am on the Board of the Tennessee Association for Justice (TAJ), serve on the Executive Committee and Board of Governors of the TAJ, a member of the TAJ Circle of Advocates, and serve as Co-Chairman of the TAJ Legislative Committee.  I also a contributing member of Lawyers Involved for Tennessee.. Most important to my clients - I am an experienced and battle-tested trial attorney with significant courtroom experience, having tried hundreds of cases in front of a judge or jury and obtained millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for my clients.  I have obtained numerous substantial verdicts, including a $6,200, verdict believed to be the largest ever obtained in Sumner County, Tennessee.  In addition to courtroom successes, I have also negotiated hundreds of significant settlements for clients across Tennessee and across the country from California to Pennsylvania.. For example, I represented the estate and minor child of one of the victims of the Comair Flight 5191 crash in Lexington, Kentucky.  During that lengthy litigation—which involved dozens of plaintiffs, numerous defendants, and countless other attorneys—I was actively involved as part of the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee (which guided the litigation for the various Plaintiffs) and served with a group of select attorneys chosen for the Plaintiffs’ trial team. I also recently represented a family whose child was severely injured in a trucking accident. We were able to prove not only liability from the trucking company, but also 3rd party broker liability from the freight broker. That case settled for a Confidential amount.. Although courtroom victories are exciting, the most gratifying part of my work is seeing the benefits that my clients receive as a result of the settlements and/or trial victories achieved. Everyone who is injured in an accident deserves the right to a dignified and secure recovery and my passion is fighting to ensure they get it.
