My law practice has an emphasis on the representation of condominium and homeowners' associations in general legal matters, assessment collection, and covenant enforcement actions. During several sessions of the Texas Legislature, I provided testimony in front of various Texas House of Representative and Senate Committees regarding bills related to the operation, management, and authority of homeowners associations.. Professionally, I am a member of:. I have been a speaker for many Community Association Institute educational programs and for Lorman Educational Services regarding various association related topics. Additionally, I am involved with volunteer work and fundraising for various causes in the community. My husband of 16 years and I three school aged children. I am passionate about cooking, nutrition, Smart Barre classes, gardening, and travel.
