Ms. Jakob-Barnes was always so courteous and very responsive. I don't plan on filing bankruptcy ever again...but if I have to, I would use her. She was extremely knowledgeable. This was my first (and last) bankruptcy and I was nervous about everything. She calmed me down and explained things thoroughly.
