After 13 years as a prosecutor and over 100 jury trials, I left government work to enter private practice. I specialize in administrative (internal affairs), OIS and critical incident representation, criminal defense, temporary and permanent restraining order cases, Brady defense, and CCW assistance for police officers and retired police officers. I also provide family law assistance and have been known to get that pesky QDRO finalized for those who are getting ready to retire and find that it has not been completed.
