Several important deadlines were missed and causing unnecessary delays and extra costs. Their lack of urgency showed a complete disregard for how serious my situation was. I would not recommend them based on this experience.
The billing practices were unclear and unfair. I received charges I never agreed to and when I asked for clarification, I got vague answers. It felt like they cared more about collecting money than providing real help.
I was shocked by how little guidance I received. Basic legal questions were answered with uncertainty and leaving me feeling like I had to figure things out myself. It did not feel like they had the necessary expertise.
