Now, Jennifer helps injured individuals navigate the insurance claims and court system, thus enabling them to keep their focus on their recovery.  Jennifer advises clients on what to watch out for from the outset of their claim, and she also strives to give practical and grounded counsel, advising as to when settlement makes senses versus when litigation is necessary.  Jennifer has litigated personal injury matters in all the Courts of Northern Virginia, as well as the District of Columbia Superior Court and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and has settled cases by negotiation and medication.. Jennifer is a committed member of the Virginia legal community.  A long-time member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association (VTLA), Jennifer has served on numerous committees and in leadership. She is also active with the Fairfax Bar Association (FBA), in which she currently serves as a member of the Circuit Court Committee and the Domestic Relations Sub-Committee. Previously, she was President of the FBA Young Lawyers Section, and then in her capacity as immediate past President, she served as a member of the FBA Board of Directors..
