Heather is an associate attorney at Modern Law. She is licensed to practice law in Arizona and the United States District Court and has litigated hundreds of cases in Maricopa and Pinal Counties. Since 2015, she has devoted her practice to family law, including divorces and legal separations, property and debt divisions, spousal maintenance/alimony, paternity and parentage, parenting time and legal decision-making authority (child custody), child support, grandparent and other third-party rights, and premarital agreements. She also handles select civil matters.. As a spirited litigator who also values settlement, Heather is passionate about ensuring that her clients’ long-term interests are served throughout the court process. She is assertive when pursuing her clients’ objectives, while encouraging problem-solving and positive outcomes that safeguard their children and reduce the financial strain of litigation.. Heather obtained her bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and International Studies from the University of South Florida in 2011. She obtained her law degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2014.
