She obtained her law degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2014. Prior to joining Modern Law, she was an associate at Donaldson Stewart and at the ASU Alumni Law Group.. Heather was previously the secretary of the Arizona State Bar’s Sexual Orientation & Gender Identity Council, and she has volunteered for one•n•ten and Fresh Start Women’s Foundation. Heather was selected for the Super Lawyers Southwest Rising Stars List in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023.. Heather lives in Chandler. She is a native of Tampa, Florida, and has an insatiable appetite for coffee.
