Richard Hutchison joined the law group of Lerner and Rowe, P.C., in 2010 where his proven trial and negotiation experience is a true asset to the clients he represents. Prior to joining the firm, he started his legal career as a prosecuting attorney with the City of Glendale’s Prosecutor’s Office. He found great success trying numerous bench and jury trials and negotiating thousands of cases to include misdemeanor domestic violence, DUI’s and city code violation charges. Mr. Hutchison branched away from the city prosecutors office to practice on his own defending criminal cases, as well as handling small creditor claims.. He was born and raised in California where he attended the University of California, Davis. Mr. Hutchison graduated after only three years in 2004 where upon completion of his undergraduate degree, he moved to Arizona to attend the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. He finished law school in 2007 and became a member of the Arizona Bar that same year.. His personal interests include playing music and sports. He is also very active with his local church, Scottsdale Bible, where he participates in the music ministry, men's ministry, small group ministry and family ministry.. Serving others is his passion, and he is glad to be a part of a company and profession that focuses on serving the community.
