Primarily, my caseload focuses upon family law matters such as divorce, military divorce, spousal maintenance, annulment, legal separation, legal decision-making authority/child custody, parenting time, child support, and property/asset/debt division, modifications, enforcement actions, and appellate matters. I possess the knowledge, skill and expertise to competently handle family cases that involve members of our community, which includes military members, allowing me to effectively manage your case , even if it includes complicated issues such as accurate division of military retired pay (MRP).. I grew up in the valley where I now practice law, and am unique as compared to other local attorneys, because I actually take the opportunity to really hear my clients, and attend to their legal goals with a personal touch. The goal of my practice is to successfully guide you to your goals, protect your rights, and ensure you receive the best possible results.
