He is an agent for First American and Mississippi Valley Title Insurance companies and routinely issues owners and lenders policies on both commercial and residential property. He has represented commercial lenders in collecting from delinquent borrowers. He is experienced in matters concerning foreclosure and the representation of creditors in the bankruptcy court. He has also represented clients with zoning requests, variances, annexations, vacations of easements and rights of way, and appeared before the local Board of Zoning Adjustment and the Planning Commission and its subcommittees.
