I have been practicing law for over eight years. I am a Partner at Richter, Head, Shinall, White & Slotkin on the firm’s litigation team, specializing in representing employers and insurers under Title 34, the Georgia Workers’ Compensation Act. Prior to joining the firm, I worked for a national law firm and brings with him experience in representing local and national corporate clients with a specialization in products and premises liability cases. I have also represented licensed professionals in the nursing home and assisted living facility industries.. My additional experience includes several years of expertise in workers’ compensation matters including mediations, trials, appeals, and protecting an insurer’s subrogation interests by asserting liens in third-party fault situations. My experience as a judicial circuit clerk for two years working with the Chief Judge has proven extremely beneficial to his practice as a litigator.. I graduated from the University of Georgia in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Religion, and I obtained my Juris Doctor from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law in 2012. I was admitted to the Georgia bar the same year. While in law school, I served as a representative to the Student Bar Association and diversity chair of the Phi Delta Phi legal honors society, while also practicing under the Third Year Practice Act representing a variety of indigent criminal defendants and a death row inmate in Habeas Corpus proceedings throughout the state.. I sit on the Board of Directors for the Asian American Insurance Network, have been named Super Lawyers' Rising Star for the last 4 consecutive years, received an AV Preeminent Peer & Judicial Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell for ethical standards and professional liability, have been named as one of Georgia Trend's 2022 Legal Elite.
