I am responsible for litigating and appealing cases before the State Board of Workers’ Compensation. Additionally, I am responsible for writing appellate briefs and delivering oral arguments before the Board’s Appellate Division. I also participate in successful mediation settlement conferences where I am able to utilize my graduate studies in conflict management.. Well past the resolution of my client's cases, I maintain lasting relationships with them and their families.
