Alyssa has secured hundreds of millions of dollars on behalf of individuals and families of individuals who have been catastrophically injured or killed as the result of others’ negligence. Other notable recent settlements include a record-setting $45 million settlement for a defective lift kit that paralyzed a young child, a $10 million truck wreck settlement involving broker liability claims, an $11 million product liability settlement stemming from the death of a young child, two $ 5 million truck wreck brain injury settlements three months apart, and a $19.5 million product liability settlement involving a vehicle fire. Alyssa’s prior co-counsel have credited her with more than doubling their case’s historic settlement values by being part of the team..
