He was formerly in private practice as Snider Law Office, focusing primarily on property, business, and finance law.From December 1998 through May 2003, Mr. Snider served as a senior assistant attorney general for the State of Wyoming, representing the School Facilities Commission, the State Treasurer, the Wyoming Business Council, the State Building Commission, and the General Services Division of the Department of Administration and Information, typically on matters of commercial, financial, and construction law. He also represented the State Board of Equalization and assisted, as needed, in supervising the Office's Consumer Protection Unit. Mr. Snider previously represented the State Bank Board, the State Banking Commissioner, the Collection Agency Board, the Uniform Consumer Credit Code Administrator, and the Departments of Audit and Revenue.
