“I referred a very good friend to Dana for her CPS/dependency matter. Dana was amazing. She jumped right in and worked very hard with my friend on her case. After about six months of hard work and research Dana was able to prove that CPS completely failed in their investigation. This resulted in the court dismissing the dependency and returning my friend's children to her. I firmly believe that had my friend taken the attorney provided by the court there would have been a different outcome. While those attorneys are good they have so many cases and simply do not have the resources to put into a case like Dana did. Anyone going through a CPS and/or dependency matter needs to have an attorney on their side from the very beginning. Dana would be an amazing choice and advocate.”
