Irv earned a Masters of Arts in taxation from Golden Gate University in 1986.. “Prior to going to law school, Irv worked as an auditor for Haskins & Sells (currently named Deloitte and Touche). Irv’s law practice focus is on: (1) all issues related to closely held businesses; (2) the ownership and use of real estate; and (3) estate planning.
