He has also defended businesses and gobernments in catastrophic injury lawsuits and claims.. From 2007 to 2010 he practiced at Wililams Kastner as an associate in the Tribal Practice and Business Litigation goups. He has appeared before Washington and Oregon state trial courts, federal district courts and tribal, state and federal administrative bodies. Anthony has a diverse trial and litigation experience, ranging from arguing and obtaining an injuction against the US Dept of Agriculture in federal court, serving successfully as lead trial counsel for a major coproration in a Washington business dispute, to his jury trial defense of a public employer at the state trial court level.. Anthony previously served as Chair of the Washington State Bar Association Administrative Law Section. Editor of the Washington State Bar Association Indian Law Newsletter, puplished by the Indian Law Section.. Names as a Rising Star by Washington Law & Politics magazine in 2010, 2013 and 2014.
