Rachael’s civil litigation practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, aviation law, product liability, class action defense, and employment disputes. She is experienced in defending against tort and contract lawsuits involving federal preemption, consumer protection act and unfair business practices claims, and product liability on behalf of automotive and aircraft manufacturers.
