I am an attorney with a breadth of experience touching upon all aspects of litigation. Currently, I am an Associate with Lynn, Lynn, Blackman & Manitsky, P.C.. As a law clerk for Judge Azrack, I was trained in federal trial practice and researched and wrote on issues involving federal law. As a solo practitioner, I honed my transactional writing through researching and drafting employment agreements, software development agreements, and articles of organization. While at the Vermont Supreme Court, I researched and wrote on issues of constitutional significance and was submersed in appellate practice here in Vermont.
