His practice includes criminal defense, divorce and child custody, and business/contract litigation. He is a trial attorney, having taken numerous cases to trial including civil contract disputes, felonies, misdemeanors, and divorces and paternity issues. He regularly defends a wide variety of misdemeanor and felony offenses, including DUI, drug and alcohol charges, sexual offenses, domestic violence and theft.. Joseph attended the University of Utah and graduated with a B.A. in History and Asian Studies in 2000.
