He is an Adjunct Professor at Seton Hall Law School in Newark where he teaches a course on Community Association Law. He is co-author of a book entitled Construction Defect Litigation - The Community Association's Guide to the Legal Process and was a contributing author of the book, Building Community: Proven Strategies for Turning Homeowners into Neighbors published by the Community Association Press.
