Andrea Janovic is a solo practitioner who focuses mainly on family law and probate law in the northern Kentucky area.   She has represented hundreds of clients in Kentucky, primarily in Campbell, Kenton, Boone and Pendleton Counties.  She has a particular emphasis in her practice on divorce litigation, child custody, parenting schedules, child support, mediation, probate matters and tenant/landlord law.  Andrea also practices collection defense, cemetery law/premises liability, landlord/tenant law and evictions..   Andrea oversees the liquidation of estates, and recovery of value to the estate through sales, auctions, and debt collection.   She serves the local community as an advocate for tenants to promote housing stability.  Andrea has taught courses in criminology, criminal justice and anthropology at local colleges and universities.   She is active in her community, having served 8 years on a local board of eduction, currently on the Board of Directors for a historic cemetery, and the founder of a volunteer organization that serves to maintain the local cemetery that was the site of a Civil War Battery.
