I have handled all types of criminal defense litigation in state and federal courts, from DUI cases to cases where clients have been charged with first degree capital murder, vehicular homicide, federal and state drug trafficking, bank fraud, securities fraud, tax fraud, telemarketing fraud, and money laundering. He has represented civil litigants in cases involving such diverse areas as civil RICO, civil fraud, quiet title matters and specific performance of real estate contracts.
