When I moved to Orlando from Cape Cod in 2006, I decided to limit my practice to Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy, representing debtors only. I enjoy helping people get a fresh start.. I handle both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy cases in the Middle District of Florida, and bankruptcy is the focus of my practice. The Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 ("BAPCPA") has made filing bankruptcy too complicated to attempt without a lawyer. I handle both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy cases.. I will personally handle your case from start to finish.
