Thereafter, he obtained his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 2000. Most of his legal career was spent defending individuals and insurance companies in the areas of motor vehicle law, premises liability, and property damage cases. He spent a few years representing Plaintiff’s in personal injury cases as well. Today, Mr. Simmons devotes his entire practice to mediating these types of cases.. Mr. Simmons and his lovely wife, Jessica, have three wonderful children, Braxton, Teagan, and Kaelyn.
