Linton began practicing law immediately after graduating from The University of Georgia School of Law.  Taking a position as an Assistant Public Defender with the Enotah Judicial Circuit in Dahlonega, Georgia gave Linton the courtroom experience he was looking for.  Being able to represent those that would otherwise have their voices stifled by experienced government prosecutors is what gave Linton the confidence to push and work his cases until the desired goal had been achieved.. After leaving the Public Defender's Office, Linton began private practice in the metro-Atlanta area.  He has regularly appeared in each of the state and municipal courts in Fulton, Cobb, DeKalb, Gwinnett, Cherokee, Paulding, and Douglas Counties.  Having handled hundreds of criminal cases, Linton has developed a keen understanding of what it takes to successfully take a matter from arrest through trial.. Linton is currently looking to represent clients anywhere in the metro-Atlanta area and beyond that understand they do not want to "go it alone" within Georgia's criminal judicial system.  Allow him to be your voice when you need it most..
