Stephen Vicari was born and raised in South Carolina and has made defending justice an integral part of who he is.. After the September 11th attacks in 2001, Stephen felt called to enlist in the US Navy. He eventually earned his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. His dedication and service to others are also evident in his work, fighting for the justice his clients deserve.
