Typically this involves designing appropriate wills, trusts, and business organizations.. My practice also includes Special Needs Planning which is dear to my heart. I have a daughter who has special needs. Though she will most likely create additional responsibility for my wife and I for the rest of our lives, we feel very blessed to have her in our family.. Limiting my practice area helps me make sure that I can stay on top of what is going on in my area. While others offer "competent" legal counsel, my aim is to offer exceptional counsel..
