Bauer attended and graduated Ferris State University, Big Rapids, Mich with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with legal studies and a minor in leadership and operations management. He then attended Valparaiso University to study law and graduated in 2019. Upon passing the bar exam Bauer began working in the Lafayette area in the TippecanoeCounty Prosecutor’s Office. After a short while he accepted a position with the law offices of Paul M. Namie in March 2020. Since then he has quickly set into his new role here at the Rochester office; focusing on criminal defense and family law. Bauer is a proud father of two boys and expecting a new addition to the family in April. They have three golden retrievers; the Bauers like to call them the “paralegal pups”.
