Bankruptcy law is my focus.  Along with all attorneys at The Sader Law Firm, I help individuals, families and businesses, throughout Missouri and Kansas, with bankruptcy matters.  We handle cases in Chapters 7, 11 and 13, primarily on behalf of debtors but also creditors.  My cases include straight forward Chapter 7’s to complex Chapter 11 cases for small, medium and large businesses.  I work with my clients on all aspects of a bankruptcy case, from the initial phone call to meeting with the client, preparing the schedules and pleadings, dealing with creditors and the trustee, attending court hearings and keeping the client informed through conclusion of the case.  Whether a case is simple or complex, I listen to my client to determine what is in the client’s best interest and then figure out how to achieve the goal.  I realize the importance of returning calls and emails promptly, keeping clients informed, and the need for attorney fees to be reasonable..
