I'm conflicted! Love, love, love Dr. Max! But, his office staff are horrible! Three weeks and I still don't have my contacts. I have tried for over an hour to place a call, but nobody picks up, or its busy. When I got through to them last week, my contacts had to be "backordered" but they didn't bother to call me and let me know!
Very nice doctor! He took the time to fully examine my astigmatism in different ways. He was patient, personalable, and took a moment to explain things to me. He double checked my prescription in different methods. He even did a glare test, …
My family has seen Dr. Horner since 2014 and I highly recommend him. He's very knowledgeable, thorough, kind, and respectful and very affordable. Dr. Horner and his associate at the clinic really helped me with lifelong vision issues that were somewhat unique and tough to address so I'll always be grateful to them.
