Ron concentrates his practice in the areas of debtors’ and creditors’ rights, emphasizing both business and consumer insolvency/bankruptcy law and out-of-court workouts, representing clients primarily in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.. Ron is currently the immediate past chair and current member of the Professional Ethics Committee of the Allegheny County Bar Association (ACBA), past chairperson of the Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section Council of the ACBA, past chairperson of the board of the Pittsburgh chapter of the Turnaround Management Association, and past  chairperson of the ACBA’s annual bankruptcy symposium.
