Michelle Badger Robison went to law school with a passion for law and a drive to help fellow citizens navigate the complex legal system which many people face on a daily basis. She is a compassionate and dedicated individual, committed to providing detail oriented legal counseling and services.. Michelle earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Utah, S.J.Quinney College of Law. While there, she received awards for her work in many areas including her skills in mediation, her pro bono services, and for her contribution in aiding veterans navigating the complex legal issues relating to their service and their earned benefits.. While in law school Michelle worked closely with faculty and staff to create a legal clinic for veterans where those who have served our country can go for free legal advice. Michelle currently hosts weekly sessions where she is available to answer the many legal questions that veterans have regarding various areas of law including family law, military benefits, estate planning, and minor criminal issues among many others.. Michelle operates her own practice where she offers clients dedication and experience in various areas of the law such as family law, estate planning, debt collection, and bankruptcy. Michelle went to law school with the goal to help our society through the use of law and sees every case as a possibility to accomplish that goal. Michelle knows that a “one-size-fits-all” approach to law is not effective and she is passionate about finding the right solution for each client on an individual basis.
