As a trial lawyer, including service as a former Chief Public Defender and Deputy Criminal Prosecutor, Mr. Beckham brings a wealth of experience as a miltary discharge upgrade lawyer who is licensed to practice by the Idaho State Bar and District of Columbia Bar. Brandon Beckham is a 2006 graduate of Boise State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy.  Mr. Beckham continued on with his education, earning a Juris Doctor (JD) from the the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law in 2009.. Mr. Beckham's strong commitment to social justice led him on to theological studies at Liberty Theological Seminary, where he completed an MA in Theological Studies that culminated in a Master of Divinity (M.Div) in 2014 and a Th.M in Theology, from Liberty University School of Divinity (2016). Following graduation from law school, Mr. Beckham served as Tribal Public Defender for the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe, for approximately 18 months from 2010-2012. Between 2018 to 2020, Mr. Beckham has served as a deputy criminal prosecutor in Boise, practicing as a Boise criminal attorney representing the community through prosecution of crimes.
