Representative transactions include: portfolio sale/leaseback of 447 branch banking facilities, sale/leaseback of 25 office buildings, 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange Projects, drafting and negotiating leases for all retail and office space leased by and from SunTrust Bank, AIA contracts, condemnation, and premise liability litigation.
