Jacob continually branches out his practice to meet his clients' needs. Jacob began his legal career as a paralegal at Hoover Penrod in 1998, before attending law school at Washington and Lee University. He served on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Harrisonburg - Rockingham County from 2005 to 2011.. Personal Information. While not at work, Jacob can be found with his wife and pre-shcool-aged son causing havoc around the city of Harrisonburg. Jacob is an avid soccer player, and he co-founded the Shenandoah Valley Adult Soccer Master’s League. He enjoys collecting records and repairing, restoring and playing coin-operated arcade games and pinball machines.
