He is fluent in Spanish. Attorney Diaz was also the former Chairman of the Connecticut Latino and Puerto Rican Affairs Commission, where he helped create legislation to alleviate the social obstacles of the Latino community in areas such as health, discrimination, self-sufficiency, education, and public safety.. Attorney Diaz is also very active in his local church where he serves as a minister. He enjoys spending time with his very extensive family, including his 8 siblings, and making Facebook Live videos.
