Mr. Ferrell has been admitted to all Tennessee courts, including U.S. District Court, Middle District of Tennessee, 2010; U.S. District Court, Western District of Tennessee, 2010; U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Tennessee, 2012; and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, 2014 and has served as lead counsel through all aspects of litigation.  Mr. Ferrell is also a Rule 31 Approved Mediator.
