John Holliman Bio
John grew up in McCalla, Alabama where he attended high school at Bessemer Academy.  He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Birmingham Southern College in 1987 and attained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama in 1990.   John is the 4th generation of his family to practice law.  He feels privileged to continue the Holliman tradition of service to our community.. John has been practicing since 1990 with a focus in Real Estate, Estate Planning and Elder Law.  The law firm has offices in Pelham and Scottsboro and provides legal services to the residents of Shelby, Jefferson, St. Clair, Jackson, Madison, Dekalb, and Marshall counties.. John has a passion for educating families about the planning process so that they are prepared and protected throughout life’s stages. This is why he speaks in the community and offers free workshops in his office to promote the importance of planning ahead for life’s unexpected changes.
