Before law school, he was involved in the arts working for Sotheby’s Auction House in New York and for a private dealer, as well as in the role of an artist exhibiting in New York and Los Angeles. Mr. Neely has experience working on public-private development partnerships, commercial real estate agreements, land use, water rights, and renewable energy matters. He is a member of the bar of Washington.
