Gina Spadaro a Workers’ Compensation attorney, received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Siena College in 1998 and a Juris Doctor from Albany Law School of Union University in 2001. While at Albany Law School, Gina was appointed to the Order of Barristers, a national honorary organization for those demonstrating superior advocacy and legal writing skills. She also served as a coach for the National Moot Court Appellate Competition; a quarter-finalist for the National Health Law Moot Court Competition; and a semifinalist for the National Trial Team Competition.. After graduation, Gina’s love of the law and desire to help others led her to a career in the field of Workers’ Compensation Law. She began her career by litigating workers’ compensation claims, working on behalf of individuals and insurance companies. Ever the consummate people person, her desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others soon led her to Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP where she uses the full scope of her legal training, and desire to see justice served, to protect the rights of injured workers.. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Injured Worker’s Bar Association, and the Capital District Trial Lawyer’s Association (CDTLA).
