Jon-Paul also studied international negotiation tactics as part of a two-month study-abroad program in both Florence, Italy and London, England. Jon-Paul graduated Cum Laude from New York Law School in 2011.. Jon-Paul practiced medical malpractice defense, personal injury, labor, employment, and criminal law for three years before joining the Law Offices of Dell & Dean, PLLC in 2014. At Dell & Dean, Jon-Paul handles personal injury, medical malpractice, labor, and employment matters. He is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and the District of New Jersey..
