Mr. Torres is bilingual in English and Spanish and has working knowledge of French and Portuguese. Mr. Torres is also a member of the Orange County Bar and is admitted to Practice in the U.S. Middle District Court as well. He belongs to several societies including the Golden Key Honor Society, NSCS. Mr. Torres lives in Central Florida with his family.
