Mr. De Armas is a civil litigation attorney representing individuals injured in automobile accidents, medical providers in PIP claims, and Homeowners in hurricane  and property damage claims.. Originally from Easton, Pennsylvania, Mr. De Armas earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Florida State University.  He later earned his Juris Doctor from the Florida State University College of Law.. While attending law school, Mr. De Armas interned as a research assistant to Dr. Gathii, Professor of International Commercial Law, and he interned as a Court Administrator at the 2nd Judicial Circuit.  As a law student, Mr. De Armas also completed an externship at the  Public Defendner's Office in the 2nd Judicial Circuit, and interned at the Florida Innocence Project engaging in broad case review and drafting appellate motions.. Mr. De Armas was employed by one of Florida's largest insurance defense firms litigating automobile negligence, property claims, premise liability, wrongful death, and personal injury protection (PIP) matters.  Mr. De Armas began his career as an Assistant Public Defender for the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Orlando.  He has tried numerous cases to verdict having never lost a felony jury trial in his career.
