Ms. Giannakis has a wide range of practice experience including matrimonial law, family law, personal injury and medical malpractice law, as well as criminal law. She has substantial professional work experience through both her employment during law school and internships such as the Nassau County District Attorney's Office.. Before entering law school, Ms. Giannakis attended Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York, where she graduated with a B.A. in Political Science and obtained a Certificate of Paralegal Studies. Her course work concentrated on pre-law studies. After obtaining her undergraduate degree Ms. Giannakis worked for a distinguished personal injury defense firm in Manhattan..
