Loren Solfest is a managing shareholder and Vice-President of Dougherty, Molenda, Solfest, Hills & Bauer P.A. He heads the firm's banking and business/commercial transactional and litigation law practice groups. He has been practicing law since 1986 and has an established practice in the areas of banking, commercial litigation, business and real estate law. He has successfully represented clients in a wide variety of transactions as well as matters in state and federal courts, at both the district and appellate court levels.. Loren is certified as a Real Property Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association. He is also a qualified neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice, and has served as a mediator and arbitrator in numerous cases since 1997. Loren is licensed to practice law in the States of Minnesota and Wisconsin. He is also admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit; the United States District Court, District of Minnesota; and the United States District Court, Western District of Wisconsin.
