Mr. Neumiller also received his Masters of Administration in 1983 from the Graduate School of Administration, University of California, Davis (now deemed an "MBA"). He has been involved in simple and complex business and real property transactions, including sales of businesses, forming and counseling partnerships, limited liability companies, and corporations, the sale, lease, and operation of real property including agricultural, residential, commercial, and industrial property, and, to the extent necessary, unlawful detainers for landlord clients, both residential and commercial. He also assists clients in estate planning and probate adminstration.
