I believe it is important to provide clients with individualized legal advice to help them make the best decisions possible for themselves and their families. Divorce and custody cases are often a painful process which can take adults a long time to recover from and can have even longer lasting effects on the children. Every family and case is different; there is no one size fits all divorce.. Even if your divorce is friendly, court orders could affect you and your children for the rest of your life. Mistakes or unintentional omissions can be hard, if not impossible to undo, so making sure you have experienced legal representation is important. I can help you navigate through the legal process to help you resolve your legal needs.. I am dedicated the practice of family law and represent clients going through divorce, allocation of parental responsibilities (custody cases), cases involving complex financial analysis and asset division, discovery issues, post decree matters, protection orders, contempt, paternity, chapter 7 bankruptcies, and marital agreements.
